Bio

LaTosha is a native of Columbia, SC, and a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Education in Student Personnel Services. She also holds a certificate of Leadership from UC-Davis, California. After enjoying a 10+ year career in Higher Education, LaTosha transitioned to the non-profit space, where she heads up the Burroughs Foundation, a family-led organization committed to closing the wealth gap for communities of color.

LaTosha has led many bible studies and, as a public speaker, has facilitated emotional intelligence workshops and led discussions on race reconciliation, building your brand for women in business, and mental health wellness.

LaTosha is married to Keon Pinckney, a retired MSGT-US Air Force, and they have five children, Keon, Micah, Kayla, Kian, and Maliyah.
